In order to offer a better service, G.M.s.r.l. would like to introduce an important CE norma called ATEX 94/9/EC, which is turned to ''protection system and units for use in ambients where there is a potential risk of explosion''. The new Directive considers for the first time the risk of explosion due to a mechanical font.
The classification of equipment in accordance with Atex 100 a (EU/94/9/EC) and Atex 137 (EU/99/92/EC) Directive, into groups, categories and zones can be represented by the following diagram:
